CLIENTS
Regular Sitting
CANTERBURY PHOTOGRAPHY and KRISTINE CANTERBURY may use the pictures taken from any sitting for business promotion purposes and work sample. Further use will require written permission from the CLIENT(S).
A limited license/release is granted to allow the CLIENT(S) to reproduce, post and distribute the images for personal and self-promotional use. The license/release does not apply to third parties. Images may never be sold by CLIENT(S) to third parties without written permission and a buyout. If images are used in a publication of any kind or an a public website for purposes of promoting CLIENT(S), KRISTINE CANTERBURY and/or CANTERBURY PHOTOGRAPHY must be given photographer credit. In this instance, no further approval is needed. If images are to be used as part of an artistic or graphic illustration or layout and/or are altered for a publication or website, other than a personal website designed for specific promotion of the CLIENT(S), written permission must be given by KRISTINE CANTERBURY and a fee to the third party may be assessed.
CANTERBURY PHOTOGRAPHY and KRISTINE CANTERBURY retain all copyright ownership of the images taken. Work for Hire
If the CLIENT(S) would like a full license/release to use the images in any capacity without photographer credit or the need to obtain further permission, the CLIENT(S) may choose to contract for a “work for hire” sitting. CANTERBURY PHOTOGRAPHY and KRISTINE CANTERBURY will retain a limited right in the images only to allow use for business purposes and work sample. CLIENTS(S) obtain full copyright ownership of the images taken.
